Placement of recruiting ads
- Recruiting ads placed on the Internet and in local recruitment papers.
Primary screening
- Documentary screening undertaken based on résumés submitted by applicants.
Secondary screening
- Delegated administration of written exams administered to applicants who pass the primary screening stage.
- Exam questions provided by clients.
Third-stage screening
- Interviews consisting of prescribed items conducted with applicants who pass the secondary screening stage.
Fourth-stage screening
- Clients can choose to directly interview applicants and confirm points on their own.
- Interpretation services provided by us (persons who have attained Level 1 Certification of Japanese Proficiency).
Employment contracts (including probationary employment)
- Where a determination has been made to hire an applicant, he or she will be hired for a probationary period lasting no longer than two months, during which work attitudes, skills, and other factors will be assessed by us.
- We will carry out all hiring procedures in the event that a probationary employee is to be formally hired as a regular company employee after successfully completing the probationary period.
- In Vietnam, salary deposits will be made promptly.
- The cost of setting up deposit accounts and other such expenses will be assumed by us.We will also provide guidance on building savings and other matters in conjunction with the setup of accounts.
Employees expected to be sent on business trips to Japan will be provided support in acquiring passports.

Novice level Japanese language training (one month)
- Instruction to enable greetings to be made in Japanese to be provided in a one-month course.
- Trainers will consist of employees from our company (persons who have attained Level 1 Certification of Japanese Proficiency).
